Infant Massage

90-minute workshop

Hands-on workshop with a purpose. Learn specific infant massage techniques to comfort and bond with your baby. From tummy aches to teething, discover strategies that truly support infant wellbeing.

*Baby doll options available for expectant parents as well as sleepy, crabby or zesty babies.

Mindfulness, Meditation & Breath for New Parents

Parents who utilize mindfulness, meditation and breathwork techniques are better prepared to navigate the stressful world of parenting. Learn a variety of easy options to incorporate into your daily routine. A calm present parent is a point of stability and security for their children, young and old.

Post-Partum Pelvic Health

90-minute workshop

What every woman needs to know about her post-partum body from after birth through breastfeeding. How to approach your body as it heals and optimize your future pelvic health. Learn when it might be time to see a pelvic floor specialist. This class is led by a physical therapist.
