Postnatal Series

  • 5 & 10 class packages

  • Build community connection; these yoga classes focus on a mindful recovery and rebuilding of the body & breath, including posture, core & pelvic floor, as well as a gentle approach to the emotional world of parenting. 

  • Welcoming all over 6 weeks post-partum

  • In arm babies welcome Wednesday, Sunday baby-free option with prenatal mamas

  • Wednesdays & Sundays @10:00am

Women’s Health & Core-Focused Slow Flow

60-minute classes

  • The sacred female yoga classes focus on building awareness and strength of your core, pelvic floor and overall body-breath connection.

Evening Candlelight Yin

75-minute classes

  • Relax, unplug and let everything else melt away; the class focuses on longer holds and grounded postures to lengthen muscles, release tension, and pair with breathwork to achieve a meditative state.

  • All are Welcome, especially those experiencing high stress.
