  • Build community connection; these yoga classes focus on a mindful recovery and rebuilding of the body & breath, including posture, core & pelvic floor, with a mindful approach to the emotional world of parenting. 

  • Welcoming All over 6 weeks post-partum

  • In arm babies welcome Wednesday, Sunday baby-free option with prenatal mamas

Goddess Yoga- A Slow Flow

60-minute classes

  • These women’s health & core-focused slow flow yoga classes focus on building awareness, balance, strength & endurance or your core & pelvic floor, while nurturing a strong mind-body-breath connection.

Evening Candlelight Yin

70-minute classes

  • Relax, unplug and let everything else melt away; these classes focus on longer holds and grounded postures to lengthen muscles, release tension, and reset. Poses paired with breathwork to achieve a meditative state.

  • All Welcome, especially those experiencing high stress.
