  • Every class will include breathing & meditative techniques to promote self-care, self-compassion and stress reduction to help confidently navigate the ever-evolving landscape of parenting.

  • Classes focus on recovery, re-balancing and restoring. Mindful exploration of movement and asana to enhance strength, stability & balance. These yoga classes build a solid foundation upon a stabilized core & pelvic floor.

  • Build your postural awareness while preventing the aches and pains of motherhood. Learn to counterbalance poor postural habits, such as those associated with breastfeeding, asymmetrical baby carrying, and improper lifting.
